PLACING AN ORDER
Please contact our Customer Service department. Our Customer Service Department is available Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. EST. Orders may be placed by mail or email. RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase from Siraj Surgical. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us at 805-450-6837 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returns must be shipped prepaid to be accepted by our Return Department. We cannot accept any returns after 20 days from invoice date.
Return shipping charges will be paid by customer. All returns must be with a reasonable condition. Products which will be used will not return. Items which are not returnable will not return. 20% Restocking fee will be applied.

SHIPPING YOUR ORDERS
Orders Shipping details are generally provided on time of placing an order.
We generally shipped via DHL, FedEx and UPS.

PAYMENT TERMS
We accept bank transfer and PayPal. By PayPal Payments we charge 7% extra on Invoice price due to PayPal charges. Foreign orders are prepaid wire transfer only. Insurance, duties or shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES CARTONS
Upon receipt of your shipment inspect all cartons for any visible damage. If any parcel is visibly damaged, and you feel that products will be damaged inside parcel please do not accept it. Immediately notify the Courier services provider if there is any concealed damage.
